yesterday i came to know that I am diabetic. I had lost about 7 kg and needed to pee a lot over last couple of months. Had a few tests and my fears were realized. God help me . My life style is what caused the damn disease. I am banker so have to sit from 9 to 6 at a chair. I come home watch TV and sleep. I request all my friends here to please ensure they go for walk and exercise.

I'm sorry to hear that but at least it's pretty manageable these days and doesn't get in the way of life. I'm guessing you have type 2?

I have started going for walk and I will Insha Allah beat this disease. Both my parents have diabetes so it was quite inevitable but my lifestyle hurried the event I guess.

Today's life is too busy and in this business one indeed doesn't find time for a walk but yes it is true that walking in today's life is very important. Take care bro, as Jeremy says, this might just be the start of an healthier life.

Sami my mother has Type II Diabetes.

You can seriously help yourself by fixing diet and some exercise. She does neither and it's getting worse.

Sorry hear to that man. But iy's definitely manageable and may make you more healthy. My dad's got it, and he totally changed himself. Never been fitter.

I read somewhere about the national anthems for all participating countries the olympics all being studio recorded by an orchestra in the uk.

Then about a week after the last one was finished Gadaffi got overthrown and the rebels changed their national anthem.

I think the guy in charge said something along the lines of "i'm not bringing them back to record another one they can sod off if they don't like the old one"
