Mark, I'd be more worried about the amount of processed cheese that ends up on everything in America
Pancakes, waffles, and all the trimmings, that's a breakfast I agree with Processed mac n'cheese or pizza with the most appalling quality of cheese on it is not good eating!
Hmm, a while ago Must be almost 10 years now. As much as I loved eating the 50foot pizza they bought (seriously, we ordered food for 7 and they brought food for a feckin' army) it was a long way away from what I'd call good food.
Yeah pancakes and waffles because it means I'm in an American diner, on holiday, and everything goes
Yeah I'm prepared to accept things have changed, except I'm not because the statistics show Americans have quite possibly done nothing but eat processed cheese since I was there
I like Mark! I work under the assumption that he's a good egg amongst the rotting and smelly ones
... which may explain my distaste for a lot of things that are definably American. As a nation that eats so much pre-manufactured food that gets processed more times than a serial offender must be doing something wrong. Especially with the crazy levels of obesity and the inherent national selfishness that I feel exudes from any people that serve food with the intention of it not being finished, just because they can. (It depresses me that to then try and seperate the UK from the USA with this distinction would actually be impossible now).
A girl I lived with was born Mia Vaughan. When she was about 5, her mother gave her the chance to pick her own middle name. Thus she is Mia Fantastic Vaughan.
When I was seven I use to pretend my middle name was Alan just because I thought I was missing out. All my school work for a year had my full "assumed" name. Thank god I wasn't given the choice.
