This is your prep time for boards,right?But why you couldn't all meet?I agree with others as to any amount of skyping/texting is not a substitute for meeting in person.

Anyways,I agree with whatever Friend says.What she is doing is opting for a no win situation.That certainly dos not help at all.What I really think is that you should sort all this out before boards,you just can't leave this matter hanging and study.
Talk with her.Tell her that this is not good for anyone.If she wants to be with you,she should not be affected by others.But hey ultimately,it is her decision.If she never comes,that is her choice.What you could do at this point of time is to only persuade her.
