Random Thoughts

Waiting for a bunch of shipments to arrive from Amazon.

Wonder why people don't read poetry anymore.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep

because it's shit...?
You can't know whether something is good or not until you try it. My advice would be to try and read some, and then if you think it's no good then...your loss I suppose. But I think it wold be a nice growing experience if you gave it a shot. Not just you, everyone in fact.

There was an old man from Gosham,
who took out his balls to wash ’em,
his wife said “Jack!,
if you don’t put ‘em back,
I’ll stand on the ****ers and squash ’em!”

You really need to stop holding back @CazC30, tell us what you really think!! :D

Personally, I've tried with poetry, I just cant get it.
I try (with varying degrees of success) to read the classics, I'm happy to talk art etc. Perhaps I haven't found the right poetry, the closest I've ever come to enjoying it was the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam but even that didn't rouse emotions like poetry does for others...
Try Rudyard Kipling's "If"...easy enough to understand...parents would especially like that one

I'll look into some, I have tried it before but will try again, promise.

Why do people point to their wrist when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?
