The likes of Tresco, Cook, and other wicket keeper batsman in the game that aren't specialist keepers as well normally drop a ton of chances.

If you do use 2005, Adshead is some kind of super hero, but he's not as good on 2006, imo.

I used Cook as wickie once or twice with Essex, didn't do badly. Same with Christopher Taylor. But mainly with Derbyshire I now use one of my youths or Goddard.

Its time for change

Chris read is amasing in icc 2006 ashes eddition jones is rubbish , but in the long run foster, prior or simon davies! goodard is also very good he averages 45 in odi and 44 in tests for me!

Yorks normally aren't blesssed with great keeper-bats, however i have Gerard Brophy (specialist keeper) on now, a South African Kolpak. He is very decent with the blade (35 in CC, which is reasonable @ 7), and safe as a house when it comes to keeping.

Had Chris Taylor as the keeper in one of my seasons. Was a good bat (could thump the ball around) but was a horrible keeper (usually kept dropping 2-3 catches per FC match). Eventually got frustrated with his keeping and released him. Guess thats the catch with non-specialist keepers (keeper-bats).
