This is a result of data corruption if the game crashes during the play and again if it is resumed after the launch. We also encounterd the same but couldn't find exact steps to replicate again in order to fix. Thank you for sending the issue in however.

As of now the stumping is set at auto. Whilst facing a spinner if the opponent batsman steps out of the crease to play a shot and misses he will be stumped
