Request: please tell how to patch sounds?

please.. can anyone tell me how to patch the sounds of BLC07.. I got no idea about the WIA file format(I think this is the audio file format in BLC07)..
Real help will be admired with soul//....

.wia file format can be edited with wdf rendering software once you done that you have to again convert it to .wia
