Retirements Thread - Virat, Rohit and Jadeja T20Is

Kieron Pollard retires from international cricket.

Personally, never liked Pollard as a player. Thought he was highly over rated and had nothing but a few knocks to his credit. Here was a person who was/is more keen on plying his trade for the franchise rather than his national team. Good riddance for the WI. Atleast they know now to not to select players on the basis of T20 alone.

Incidentally though most if not all of the WI players have evolved to the T20 style of play. South Africa, England and to some extent Australia as well have most of their players coming through with a T20 style approach.

Solely the result of the IPL. The IPL spawned CPL/Big Bash etc.

On the other hand you have Indian players grounding in test cricket.

Thats the shitty state of this game at present. Honestly at this point outside of the sub continent cricket may not be existing in perhaps several decades or so.

Except the original Big Bash League was started way back in 2005, but ok.

In the context of my post the BBL version wouldve started somewhat 3-4 yrs later after the incarnation of the IPL.

Then again as far as I am concerned you always make some poor replies, my style of posting is such a turn on for you, aye babe?

Look honestly if I were a true Indian cricket fan I would ve been ashamed as well, knowing they ruin
our game.

There again with the switching of the goalposts. There is a reason why the IPL has always overvalued BBL prospects owing to the latter being the precursor but I’m sure such facts fly above your head given the mist of hatred in your eyes.

Pretty rich of you to call my replies poor with basically zero support for your own galaxy brain takes on here too. The only one ashamed here is you given how self loathing you are with regards to your own country’s success in a sport.

You call that success?

Destroying cricket in South Africa, England, Australia and WI, leading an apartheid against Pakistani cricket for the last 3 decades or so and curtailing funding to the associate nations!

I post or not those are the facts and only some plankton can label that ‘success in sports’.

I sincerely hope soon you wake up and realize what these people are all about. The caste system, even in SA they considered themselves above the blacks, thats the history and its proliferation in cricket has destroyed the game.
