It doesn't have any of the West Indies island competitions. Just English domestic Cricket and the international calenders. Along with some 'classic tests' and a create your own Test or ODI game feature.

so it mean I can only Control England County team and a International Team
according to this review.

I love ICC Manager game better than all Cricket Manager.
But not having Other Country team, I really is disappointed.
I am still buying it

Yeah you can control any of the 12 major international sides and any of the English counties sides together. Fantastic new feature in my opinion.

Good review Hooper. Dont agree with your comments about the menus though, they seem tacky and poorly designed imo. Also the menu system in the match engine is very sluggish and slow. I am quite dissapointed with ICC 3.

Yeah, now that I look at it. The menu looks pretty lame. But I guess you could say that for all the past ICC games!
