Reviewing my Steam ownership

Its been 4 days since I put a request to review my ownership of game so that I can download the mods but it still haven't been approved. To whosoever it may concern please do it as soon as possible so that I can download mods. Thank you

i highly doubt creating thread after thread is going to expedite the situation. there is a note on that specific page explaining the process is manual, and done when the person in question has time.

Well then why this rule has been made if they cannot act on it even after a week. I want to download mods, I own the game..that's it..
