Ricky Ponting wins Allan Border medal

Ricky Ponting won the Allan Border Medal last night.

Adam Gilchrist won the ODI player of the year and Ponting also won Test player of the year.

Other winners were: Simon Katich (dometic player of the year) and Shaun Tait (young player of the year)

i think its an outrage that Simon Tait wins the best young players award when he hasnt player international cricket and Michael Clarke has and done VERY WELL at it
