Bah, in BLIC and RPIC they don't contain many pictures of the players themselves, apart from in the gallery.

It looks like Drewska has beaten me to it.
He has a nimbus overlay in his thread.
I can't find anyone who has done a west indies sky sports overlay so I will persist with that.
Does anyone know how to change the text colour to black.

As far as I know no one has found out a way to change the colour of the text, so you will have to persist with the default one.
