Colour 15 The use of gradients is brilliant, it really stands out.
Font 16 The vistor font is good on all photoshop art work and this is no exeption.
Images 19 The Images are fantastic especially the transparent one, really looks good.
Design 13 I like the black bit a the bottom nice diffrent little bit there but could of been a bit more on this department.

Total: 63 Great sig, one of the best but the only thing you could improve is add a pattern of some sort in there.
