Manchester United Register their first win in the competition over Dublin Destroyers. MAN D won the toss and decided to bowl first, sensibly enough, The Dusty pitch helped them grab early wickets and put Destroyers into Trouble. Thanks to a sensational 5'fer from Sydney Barnes having not completed his 4 over spell. But good batting by OffCutters and Biggy helped Dublin get a good total of 150. But it was never enough to challenge a strong side of MAN D, Though a similar and early breakthrough for DD raised their hopes but Viv Richards and TheSpin aren't the ones who would give up and led MAN D to a comfortable win with nearly 16 balls to spare.
