As it turns out, there's a few interesting yet common names censored, especially when part of a different word.

For example, the commentary name Eskinazi is blocked when used as a player name because "Nazi".

This is known as the Scunthorpe Problem, which is easily found on Wikipedia. I'd link it, but I have few posts so this likely wouldn't pass filter if I did.

Other surnames blocked for me:

Banks
Cockbain/Cowper*
Edward/Elliot*
Elyard/Eskinazi*
Hunter/Hansen*
Ober/Foe*
Kain
Kitchen
Naib*
Nawaz/Neser*
khan/Niazi* (Poor quality replacement, note lowercase k in khan)
Rahman
Watling/Wildermut*
Willie

Most of these I'm going by the commentary name for. The original players are after the slash. No slash means unedited. Replace with best individually fixed a few whom are marked by asterisks, but still... it's an issue.

This is something we need to maintain a manual whitelist for, as the censoring is done by the platform holders. We try to keep on top of any cases where a name is censored that shouldn't be. There's an option to report items on the server that should not be censored - that way we can be alerted to any cases of this missing some.

Okay, thanks for the reply. :)
