And how does this league work? Sign up, then what? Could someone explain it a bit?

Its a fantasy competition. Matches are simmed using a simulator software which gives match commentary and results etc. To play, just sign up here using the form at the first page and you'll be put into the draft. You'll then be picked up by a team to play.
