Dabi I guess we have to erase out the last 2 rules ,It will cause arguments so we can go with no cursor moment.

The field setting rule must be updated as at least 2 fielder outside the circle always.

i was not talking bout fast bowlers, i m talking bout spinners...

And that was excessive and i thought it was not allowed... dats y i didnt used this tactic in any of my match..

If there is lag then its ok to bowl without cursor movement. But what to do when a guy only plays advance shot at each and every ball? The only way is to trap him with late cursor movement. Spinners will be inffective then.

Wow man. What a lie. Was i doing it with fast bowlers? Not a single ball i bowled with fast bowlers was from leg to outside off. I always bowl wicket to wicket.

I was moving the cusror from leg to middle and off only for the spinners. What can i do with spinners then? As i said if you just want lollies and want to play your advance shot at every single ball play with someone else.


If this is how players are going to whine after a match. Then this tourney wont work. I am happy with playing against jara.

He might not necessarily be lying, as I've stated, sometimes the cursor moves more (in some cases much more) than one moved it. That's what I'm saying, since neither player can be sure whether it moved a bit mroe due to the lag or due to the other guy moving it more, one has to go by the the integrity of the other player. That is just the way it is.

Man there was lag thats y i said that, {and it was like the cursor is on outside offstump and while playing the shot it comes on to the stump..} as with late cursor movt in that lag, its very hard to play... Neways i apologize for that... and lets finish our second match now...

Sometimes you move the cursor,for eg if i move my batsman to leg to hit you to off you move the ball to leg.But that is understandable.
But i wouldnt say it was excessive.The thing is if no cursor movement is allowed then the team batting shouldnt be allowed to move the batsman at the last minute,
Anyway lets move on.

So is that my fault lol that you played your three matches without even reading the rule? I will do that with spinners again and again otherwise spinners will be ineffective.

I bowled you out by trapping you with slower and a tiny cursor movement and i thought you will appreciate that but you were accusing me of changing the cursor excessively. :doh

The thing is ms i lost 3 wicket due to lag and wide deliveries from your spinners.
This when i was 130-1 and comfortable.

Yeah I agree with boney there, I mean the only way we can't allow cursor movement is if we don't allow the advance shot either. The reason is that even medium pacers can become very predictable and the spinners completely useless. Cursor movement keeps the batsmen honest. However if the majority of the participants feel we should scrap it, I will, however I would advise that we scrap the advance shot as well. Again it depends on how the majority feels.

can we go with no cursor or batsmen moment. If we accidentally move the batsmen then the bowler can move the cursor once. how about this to conclude the argument.


I'm ok with no curson moment, no advance shot( or 1-2 advance shot allowed in a over), no batsmen moment.

Thats for a spinner right? And things shouldnt be as easy as you think, thats how i confuse batsman with spinners. And yeah they are not excessive you will still play the same shot and can hit it for a boundary.

I have seen some people start their cursor from outside off then they move it to outside leg and then bowl wicket to wicket. Was i doing that? For fast bowlers i move the cursor from outside off to off and that too for 3 deliveries out of 1 over. Cricket is not that predictable.

ok now i got it that we can move cursor excessively with spinners...

and i told u i was not talking bout fast bowlers and how u got my wickts... And m not accusing, i just said i was not happy cuz of spinners cuz i didnt knew dat we can do that, also jara didnt moved the cursor with the spinners...

So what do you say guys? We can either have:

a) the rules as they are
b) no cursor movement plus no movement by the batsman (left / right)
c) no cursor movement but no advance shot
