This is my desktop

I've gotten rid of the windows explorer, so I don't have a start bar or anything. To launch programs I use a combination of Launchy and Rocketdock (hidden at the bottom of the screen)

For my computer shell I use emerge desktop, and you can see it holding my system tray icons and open windows at the bottom of the screen.

I use Yahoo widgets for most of the things dotted around my screen, apart from Rainlendar (calendar), CD Art Display, and Winamp up top.

I was inspired to change my rather boring desktop after reading articles on lifehacker.com

(Sorry for such a big picture but I use 1680x1050. I do have a second screen but that's boring.)
