Quality over quantity. I think you're just rushing your work. Why not take a little more time with your stuff? A lot of the ad-boards look cut-off or out of line when the next ad-board is next to it?

...a few of the stumps are really stretched out and don't look terribly nice either. I would also suggest doing more than just ONE version of the ad-board, otherwise it makes the stadiums look really boring/dull.

Slow down, take your time making graphics. Spend time finessing and perfecting otherwise you'll burn yourself out and the downloads end up looking a bit cheap.
