Special Skills

i was just wondering how to get your career players special skills.in the BLIC gameplay book,it says that when your skill reach a surtain point,you unlock their special skills,i've got my batting and bowling on full and i havn't got any special skills.can any one help me out here.thnx

I dont think it tells you when you have them. Apparently you get the sweep shot for a batsman and extra pace for a bowler.

there are a few things in the gameplay manual that are not featured in the game which i find rather interesting.it says in the book that you can choose the weight of your bat and it does not let you perform this in the game itself.can any1 actually do this.also the special skills,has any1 done that.
