I have excluded Barcelona v Arsenal and Real Madrid v Roma games because teams playing home this time around have already sealed 2 goals lead in the first leg. Chelsea v PSG is included despite PSG leading because the French side were home during the previous leg and margin between the two sides is just 1 goal.

Those are one-sided events. And I don't think we need such events. Main events which is etarting from 15th March will be surely created. Although, if @User2010 is okay with this, then these events will be created.
