Love the texture in the Afridi one. Many of the ava's are either underlighted or overighted, try to use curves to ballance the lighting.

I suggest you to make 500&*200 sigg's to start with since it is easier to place the render. Sig is good, seletive colour looks good, jus take care of the lighting from next time and try to use photo filters.

In the first CR7 sigantures version 1 is better and in the second set version 2 is better but in the second set the BG is blending that well

And I know that the render lacks of effects and it lacks because I wanted the BG to be the focal point of this siggy , so that's why I didn't put some textures and effects on the render (CR7) .

You've jumped a few more levels up now, it's a brilliant sig, just needs some render effects, some tweaking of textures around the render and ofcourse text.

I guess this should make it better.

Duplicate your render twice:

2nd copy: Soft Light + Desaturate
1st copy: Screen
Original: Normal

And play with the opacity till it fits right
