Highlander999 - 10 posts, Ave = 1 - 3 points
adyhorn - 16 posts, Ave = 1 - 3 points
Covvy - 56 posts, Ave = 4 - 9 points
Naresh091 - 49 posts, Ave = 3 - 9 points
sohum - 30 posts, Ave = 2 - 6 points
Will_NA - 63 posts, Ave = 4 - 9 points
Hooper - 77 posts, Ave = 5 - 9 points
Xuzuno - 25 posts, Ave = 2 - 6 points
Wolf - 16 posts, Ave = 1 - 3 points

I'd say make the batsmen higher average and bowler lower average.
