Sherr announces name change​

Sydney owner Dean Sherr has announced that the Sydney Soldiers will henceforth be known as the Stallions, saying that Soldiers was an inferior name.

"In the end it came down to either Springboks or Stallions, but then I remembered that Springboks was a South African thing, and I didn't want that, or we'd have to choke every time we played an important match!"

Can't agree more with that FB. True, ANZ is a poor excuse for a stadium!

Let me just add that it's McStallions, not just Stallions. I would also like to add that this correction was made of my own free will, and that the McDonald's Corporation are a fantastic bunch of people...
