why do famous people get in trouble for parting, drinking more then us the high school kids?

They don't do it as much, nowhere near so. High school kids do that stuff about 10x more and worse, it's just that sportsmen arent allowed to enjoy themselves anymore. :

Symonds just wanted to have a good time and watch the State of Origin (which is a big thing in Australia). State of Origin is nothing without drinking.

I disagree. You don't need alcohol to enjoy yourself at any time. Whether at sporting events, party's or just chilling at home, you DO NOT need alcohol at all to have a good time.
