I can answer that. No, we are working with much easier to edit file types, like .bmp or something like that.

No,its quite different,a little touger atm as we havent yet managed to perfect it(i.e the template in the background isnt an exact one as to where to position the face).Hence it still needs a bit to look into.

Chances are if you are playing with a TCP team you will be playing against people who would be much better than you in real life, many people here would bowl faster when they are older. For example if you are bowling 100kph in a under 15s match that would be rather fast, if you bowl that in a test at international level you will get smashed. I would just use the default bowling speeds for what style bowler you are.
