Somehow never took a liking to green tea. Tastes quite weird and dunno if the health benefits are exaggerated or not.
I found it helps me sleep better if I have one a few hours before bed.

Hmmm, heard of these benefits from a lot of people. Personally, never been a fan, hence cannot add much here.

An alternative tea I recently picked up was Jing's Peppermint Tea. Really freshens you up and puts you right in the mood, should you be feeling a bit down and out.

I was never into these since childhood

So I don't drink either tea or coffee. I even skip them during office hours or even at home.

My family is a huge tea fan though. I am simply the opposite. They have tried to persuade me to drink tea for years, but upto no luck.

Work breaks are managed with light conversations with colleagues or on phone with family and friends. Haven't ever felt the need of caffeine kick.
If you have never tried it then you haven't felt the addiction, coffee is addictive and as such is a stimulant. I 'need' coffee because I am addicted and it has a sense of purpose to me solely because of that addiction.

How do you manage at work then? :D
I am about to face thirty teenagers!!!!

Trust me I need my coffee hit. Maybe @Parth D is actually one of these hero types but I feel it is more to do with my comment above.

Trust me, you need to keep your energy levels high whilst facing them, teens!

I used to teach earlier, its a miracle, I didn't go crazy!
I am crazy, trust me (don't).

Thankfully never been into teaching! Few of my friends do have a teaching experience (they started in their teens). I did try to record a Commerce lec to upload on YouTube only to realize I didn't have teaching skills. To be frank, I am not just cut for it. Teaching isn't my cup of Tea.

99% of teaching is subject matter and planning, if you know your stuff the presentation thing will come, just about having some courage to stand in front of them and talk about what you love, and I love books.

I wonder whom they taught and what exactly was being taught. My naughty mind goes towards practical biology. :D

Well said! Would also add the 'mentoring' aspect. I used to be a bit friendly and that helped build trust in different ways.
