WestIndian's point is very valid. Don't neglect your active members by playing shoddy, irregular, inactive ones.

Ok but this is not good, and we need to have this rectified before season commence. Also of interest would be for you to find out from the other Managers/Captains if they are having the same problems.

Ok, Time to reduce the number of all rounders playing. Go in for 4 pure bowlers and 1 all rounder. Rest, pure batsmen and a Wk.

Don't make vasand as the keeper, and play him as a batsman. Rather, pick an allrounder and make him the keeper.

Change the line-up as order as well

Are you going to keep track of this match and settle on a batting position?? As you said 20 in 3, should be more for a bowler in a match, not for a guy batting in 3 matches:laugh
