Can't be 400Kbps, ur contradicting here. If your connection is 2Mbps then your max. download speed practically will be 210-270KBps. You don't need bandwidth tests to measure that.

Sorry for that. It's not 2 Mbps that was my laptop. My Desktop is 4Mbps and download speed 400 Kbps. My bad.
