I don't like the allrounders rule. What if all the ARs are very active, but the pure bowlers/bat aren't? It isn't fair then.
And a team may choose a, say, Green wicket and play a lot of Medium bowling allrounders to add batting depth and bowling options. Or many ARs on a Dusty. Takes away a tactical option. I don't like it.
But meh, if Suren is fine with it then I guess I'd better start posting....

Also a team with more all rounders, such as the Blue Brigades, will have to constantly change their lineup from match to match, and their each of their all rounders will have a fear of missing about 50% of the matches-which isn't particularly fair for them if, as Zorax said, if their rightfully active or the team prefers to use them as a tactical option.

And regarding the team naming, while I have no issues with alliterations being used, I do think that the name of the Green Goblins could have been changed to something more reputable for us. Let's look at how Wikipedia defines goblines as:
"A goblin is an evil, crabby, or mischievous creature of folklore, often described as a grotesquely disfigured or gnome-like phantom, that may range in height from that of a dwarf to that of a human. They are attributed with various (sometimes conflicting) abilities, temperaments and appearances depending on the story and country of origin. In some cases goblins have been classified as constant annoying little creatures somewhat related with the celtic brownie."
While we may be mischievous and clever and all that, by no means are we "grotesquely disfigured", nor are we "the heights of dwarves". Surely we would could come up with a better title such as 'Generation "G"', or "GForce"(Nvidia pun intended), or "Generation GForce" (again, Nvidia pun intended), or obvously something better for such an outstanding team such as ours?
Just my two cents.

P.S: Just to ensure, but I suppose my stats have already been updated as I have requested?

who cares what wikipedia says.. we've put the name just for the fun of it.. we all know that we are not "grotesquely disfigured".. so i think there's no problem in it.. also now the team names are finalized..
and also be a bit careful with colours.. our team is green... Green Goblins

Limitation for All-rounders is very good rule. This gives bowlers to perform their best. And there is no need to discard it.

I just wanted to select you in Team XI but that all rounder ( only 2 permitted ) rule is what left me with no other options this game. I assure you, that you are IN in next game.

Its just the first game right? You have no patience? I have already decided to alternate the spinning options so that everyone will get their chance. I am sure, you will be getting a chance.

And Whoever has been left out, please don't worry. They will be given equal chances. Its playing everyone matters than winning.

Sadly, our fast bowlers.. i don't remember them seeing in this thread either. But no other go apart from selecting the fast bowlers for the game.

I don't want to give advantage to team with more all rounders. I agree even if they are active they might not play all games....as i said earlier when signing up..i don't want too many all rounders.

You can ask your players who are active but not getting enough games to be one...so that they will play all matches.

he will from now on be TOB...and not more than 2 all rounders allowed each side.....

Since you are the spinner, we are going with one spinner in this match. Sorry for the confusion caused because of that change that happened recently.
