Hello everyone, the warmest of welcome to you. We are at Christchurch, New Zealand for this 5 day Test match between Wild Wolverines and Venomous Vipers. I'm your host Aamir and I'll take you through the day's play.
The pitch is flat and has some grass on it. The overhead conditions might tempt the captains to bowl first. Its really a fifty-fifty decision whether to bat first or bowl.
WIld Wolverines' captain ansariaamir_leo won the toss and elected to bat first. It was to some surprise of the opposition but it maybe part of their plan.
ansariaamir_leo and Ursonly11 came out to bat. The overhead conditions were ideal for seam bowling and the Venomous Vipers took proper advantage of it and swung the ball both ways and caused some problems to the opners. The openers took sometime to settle down but once they got their eye in, it was all display of brilliant stroke-making. They smashed the bowlers to almost every corner of the ground. World Champions was so mad at it that he started abusing in Bengali. It was frustrating the fielders aswell and they decided to do something about it, and Funknath executed the plan. He fielded the ball at the bowling of World Champions and purposely he threw the ball so hard on his face that he couldn't collect it. It hit World Champions on his mouth and went inside, breaking 4 of his front teeth into halves. World Champions was immediately taken out of the field for medical attention. The fielders heived a sigh of relief, danced a bit and continued to the game. Both the openers were going strong and reached their fifties with ease. The captain handed the ball to Funknath as he injured one of their bowlers and luckily he made the breakthrough by dismissing Ursonly11 who was playing brilliantly at 86. The 1st wicket fell at 152. At the other end ansariaamir_leo continued to play sensibly. Navin joined him and they had a partnership going until he was dismissed for 35 by Funknath. Shubhrayu came in and tried to show attitude. ansariaamir_leo had hit a huge six way way out of the ground and Shubhrayu tried to immitate him and ended being caught at mid on. Well thats how far he could hit the ball. ansariaamir_leo was going brilliantly but was unlucky to miss out on his century. ansariaamir_leo decided to declare at the score of 319/4.
The Vipers openers had todo well and get a start for their team and they didn't disappoint. Ashwin and Tarzan played some glorious shots and put 100 runs for the opening stand. Ashwin reached his half century but was dismissed the very next ball by Vickyrox. Tarzan and Gorilla were out in the centre. They had played lots of games in the jungle together and had a brilliant chemistry. Moreover they used their Gorilla talks to communicate and stole runs successfully as Wolverines had no diea what they were speaking. The partnership started to flourish but the Khalek came up with a breakthrough. Surprisingly Shubhrayu who was standing at the slips knew a few words of Gorilla language as he was at the zoo as punishment for his trial which couldn't be disclosed here. He misguided Tarzan into a shot and Tarzan ended up edging it to Shubhrayu. Gorilla and Johnyatwal reached their fifties. The reason for skipping this part was that there was no entertainment in the game, the boundaries were dried up. Trust me and if you don't you can check the stats for that Then came the entertainment part. World Champions came in without helmet because his mouth got so much swollen that he couldn't fit into a helmet. The Wolverines showed some mercy and gave him some runs to hit but he started to act as if he did it on his own. This made the Wolverines captain furious. He handed the ball to the shortest player of the team, Cricketplayer55 and the trick worked. He banged in a short one. World Champions expected it to go over his head so he tried to bend down but since Cricketplayer55 is short the ball hit on World Champions's mouth and ricocheted onto the stumps, clean bowled. That is the funniest dismissal I've ever seen. he Vipers declared on 346/6 with a cheap lead of 27 runs.
The Wolverine openers carried their form from the 1st innings and played some lovely strokes. They played sensible cricket and reached their half centuries. Again they put on 150+ runs opening stand and were looking dangerous. Finally Vipers got the breakthrough. ansariaamir_leo was dismissed for 70 runs. Navin joined Ursonly11 and kept the momentum going.Ursonly11 was in top form and reached his century in style. Very well played and well deserved 100 for him. Funknath came into the attack and dismissed him on 106. Navin continued playing well and he too reached his 50. Wolverines declared on 314, setting up a target of 288 for the Vipers to win.

Tarzan and Gorilla displayed their communication skills as they did in 1st innings. Tarzan reached his fifty. Gorilla was unlucky to miss out on his fifty. He was dismissed on 47 by Scion Sid. Johnyatwal joined Tarzan and they too seemed to get stuck on the crease. They got a sleepy partnership going on. Wolverines got another breakthrough in the form of Johnyatwal who was idsmissed on 45 Vickyrox. Tarzan was in his mood. He tried to portray himself as the great Sunil Gavaskar and in that he forgot that the day will end and he missed out on his century. When the umpires called it the day he was so frustrated that he took out a stump and threw it away and it hit World Champions on his mouth who was trying to immitate and tease Gorilla as he had a bigger mouth. What a match he had. His mouth seemed to be growing as the test match went on. He would be relieved that it was meant for 5 days and it finally ended or he might've seen himself landing up in Guiness World Records for the thing with the biggest mouth.
Thats the end of the match and it was a draw. No result but we had some funny incidents and some brilliant display of cricketing skills. Thats all from this game, I'm your host Aamir saying good bye, good night and hope to see you again...

The reason why we are not getting results is because all the batsmen are "overdefensive"
Me and CP bowled well in the 1st innings and good slow batting by our batsmen as usual Vipers were definitely the better team, especially in the batting department.
