Naah...I don't agree with it.We might not have enough players in one of the teams to make 11. I think we might have three captains decided first and then they'll pick a team as a draft which is a first option or else we might randomise. but frirstly we would want atleast 12 to start with.

I think randomise is better. But that is just imo.

Randomize seems to be ideal to me too.

Draft might take time like a particular captain not being able to come online at that time.. that too our Indian night time, it will be some midnight for Aussies if i am right. Oh, it was still possible in Cricsim forums.

it would be better if u and WC decide the Teams and we can have a poll for Captain and Vice-Captain...........

Three teams should be equal strong. There should be proper fill up in all teams. I think Amodh, WC & Suren will arrange what to do.

The name of three teams will be very attractive.

I think randomise the player would be the best and easiest opition

Randomise. Some teams may get more allrounders or more batsmen, but that isn't a big problem.

And each squad can be assigned a skipper (Most active) and a VC, Skipper deciding the name (PC ____ XI).
