The Chicken and Egg controversy

reports have syggested that many smaller big bangs are also happening, this also means that there were many other big bang before our was born.

Which reports would they be?

Unfortunately, I can't. What do you mean time's a function of the universe? Please expand, if you've got time!
Time is part of the universe. Therefore, before the universe existed, there can have been no time. So there was no "before the big bang", as we would understand it.

astronomical reports.

go to google, advanced.
select filetype pdf, and search about reseasrch papers. After wading through all that infos, pics, u would get the ideas.

Anyway, we're getting a little off topic here.

The egg came before the chicken, there isn't really any debate there, aprt from on the lunatic fringes of science. The real question is "which came first, the chicken or the chicken egg?"

hey, Time is not a part of universe.

Time is an independent quantity, a fourth dimension, of which all others are func off.

P.S : didn't read your post.
As for the discussion, I think I can take it to another thread.I feel this thread has its ans

You contradict yourself.

If time is a dimension, then it is a dimension of the universe.......

Anyway, here's a little article, written by a theoretical physicist, about the Big Bang and time.

both came at the same time, don't ask how :).

I think the original intention was for the question what came first the chicken or the chicken egg. To which I give the same answer I did before

Here is the quote...

Interesting...I think that the egg came first...merely it is from where a chicken is born and it would make more sense for something simple(egg) to appear instead of a grown complex chicken

actually, universe is defined by four dimensions,ie x,y,z co-ordinates, and time.
Now saying whether time is the independent quantity, or universe is , is like the chicken egg problem itself.

I am going to read it now.

edit:It's quite old, only last year did multiple bigBang theory came up.

And he is right in his way, and I am also.
Actually, time is not a global concept, but a local one.Time runs diff for different bodies, for some it stops, for others it moves more faster than normal.
Actually, time can be theoritically controlled.

Well a chicken just can't come from nowhere, however eggs apparently can.

Algae cam from a chemical reaction. Dinosaurs evolved from the algea who laid tiny eggs. Eggs came from the tiny dinosaurs. They cross-breeded with bird like things, laid more eggs. These hatchlings bred with more purish bird-like things. Another egg is laid. And so on and so forth. Called evolution.
:)

Pardon my ignorance on the evolution concept, and for being off topic. But is there any evidence backing the theory of macro evolution?
