There are usually set levels for certain positions e.g. pure bat, batting A/R etc. However because Matt is running it and not me I'm not certain what he is planning.
As you can see from the post I made before everyone will get a few games at the start of the season and then we'll start to see who is scoring runs/taking wickets, who is active and more importantly what the latest odds are for our next game.

Im half thinking if you want barmy I'll be the spinner if you want a front line spinner... doesnt really bother me I'll be whatever the team needs. A left hand chinaman I'll be if you want

We've got a pretty good spin spread actually. If we're on a dusty track we can call on Zorax (OS), harrisb (LS) and Dwayne (SLA).
I don't see us playing more than 3 spinners in a match. if you changed you'd end up playing fewer games probably.
