Good point.Also we need to make sure that we are doing players from all the countries so that the progress is even.I saw a post in the face pics thread about the South African face's not being made.Another obvious thing would be not to make the faces of player's already made,or already ingame(gilly face for eg was already ingame)

And South African faces are already good ingame like Gibbs,Kallis,Ntini,Pollock they all are good enough and i think we should not waste time on these faces.

But there are other SA candidates, for example, Nel, de Villiers, Prince, Steyn.....
Maybe a list that outlines the faces that are required for all nations would be beneficial as it'd allow for a more organized system, and then every time the challenge is undertaken, one is selected from that list at random, or something along those lines.
For example:
Australia:
-Stuart Clark
-Jason Gillespie (updated hairstyle... )
-Shaun Tait
-Nathan Bracken
etc...
England:
-Alistair Cook
-Owais Shah
-Shaun Udal
etc...

How about instead of Vcash the winner gets a few reps? I really dont see the use of the vcash where as its fun having good reps. It feels like you are important to the forum. Isnt it?
