If you have read correctly i have written "team which retains less player starts the drafts earlier than others"
So this is basically the start of draft

• Each team must retain at least 1 player from their local players pool

So he has retained at least 1
Maximum 4 can be retained as per the user's choice

So there shouldn't be any issue
