Oval probably will win it again but because they are an amazing team not because of that performance.

Claiming you’ll win after skittling of the worst assembled short format team of all time is like saying you’ll be heavyweight champion of the world by beating up a 90yr grandma riddled with leprosy and arthritis. Genuinely who thought adding a completely washed David Warner, the mediocre Keaton Jennings, the glacial Kane Williamson, the elderly Wayne Madsen, overrated and not even rated at all Ashton Turner as a top 5 should be sacked on the spot. Not to mention Liam Dawson and Ryan Higgins decent all rounders but they aren’t doing anything if they have to prop up that top 4/5. London Spirit should count themselves lucky if they win more than 2 games this year.
