Drafts The Lucky Dip Draft | Time for Round Six

I am so confused whether to pick the best available opening batsman or get my hands on a legendary allrounder. In the end, I have decided I will pick the latter and finish my bowling unit. Hopefully there are some batsmen in store. :p

Well, if i'd been tagged correctly, i'd have picked in time. Perhaps a reminder via VM would've been helpful.

I am withdrawing out of this league please. I cant be active much now.

Arthur Richardson
AJ_Richardson.jpg

A great first class player who could not become a Full time test player.
He played a total of 86 First Class matches and only represented Australia 9 times in Test.
In his nearly 15 years career he played for South Australia, Western Australia, Bacup and Burnley Crikcet Clubs in Lancashire League.
He mostly played as an opener in first class matches. He bowled Right arm Medium Pace and he was also a handy Off spinner.
He used to play with spectacles.
He dipped his hand in coaching and also umpiring. He umpired 2 test matches and 14 FC matches.
When he first played at Todmorden Cricket Club ground he stopped Fred Root in his run-up to see the amazing view in front of his eyes.
His comrade in his escapades was Victor Richardson. Both of them debuted in the same FC match and six years later they debuted for Australia in a same Test Match. They also shared some great Partnerships between them.
