Only te blast. The position rules apply everywhere else.

Yeah. In OD and LO, WCW and XRB have completed the criteria. RMV and LAN still remain, (I think... Will have to check tho)

they were supposed to do it before midseason itself

Rule was changed for RMV and LAN. They have the next round too, since they have to play each players twice instead of once.
