The Strikers Challenge [FM09]

Seems at club level that I can't score. Pity that because Jack just told me on msn that I scored twice for England U19.

You indeed did. Here's a list of guys who played U19 or U21 football:

Teague, Campbell, Jackson - England U19's [Campbell scored twice in 2 games]
Matt Coll - Australia U21's [Coll scored once in 1 game]
Dan Hill - Spain U19's [Hill scored one goal in 1 game]
Troy Lerana - Italy U19's [Lerana scored twice in 2 games]

Some bad club form for me - average rating 5.5  But good to open up my account for the Aussies U21's :)

Good start with me, being join top goalscorer in the leauge out of us lot. Hopefully this can continue. Am I English or Cypriot, Jack?

Your Cypriot but you will be eligible to play for England with it being your second nationality (I think).

Standings at the end of September:

Interesting that the highest valued player is 2nd last. Doing well with the better side of Bristol (:p) with 4 goals. My average rating is sooo close to 7 lol.

Finally starting to hit some form, and happy to see I'm the lowest valued player, but I'm coming 3rd :D

Lee Payne, despite picking up six yellows and two reds, continues to bang in goals for Rochdale, cementing their position at the top of the table.

Ben Manning had a poor month after his superb performance in September. He only scored 1 goal in 5 games for Dagenham & Redbridge who lie 7th in the table.

Injuries struck this month, leaving James Edmonds, Siddhartho K. Martinez and Jack Teague out for a few weeks, whilst Dan Hill picked up a similar injury to that of Rhys Williams at the start of the season, leaving him on the sidelines for 2-3 months.

Rhys Williams got his tally going scoring once in five games for Notts County.

Matt Coll hasn't scored in 685 minutes on the pitch, but Aldershot continue to push up in 12th place.

A poor month for most of our strikers, although a few missed games playing with U19's/U21's, Matt Coll scoring twice to beat Qatar 3-1, and both Rhys Williams and Robbie Campbell helped their countries to qualify for the group stages of the Euro Championship Qualifiers.

Everyone has dropped in value, with Dan Hill being the biggest drop to ?100,000.
