thats a shame, just means more hours i can clock on the game! Hopefully there is a few additions to the academy for us console creaters as 17 was very tricky

I just wanted to know if the "fielder running across the pitch while bowler is delivering" bug still exists! That really broke the online segment of DBC 17.

And also looking forward to the "SESSION 2" video from @WealeyH where the ball loses its shine and starts reversing or not!! That would be amazing if it does.

i'd personally advise anyone who has played dbc to use the old-style controls unless they used to find it impossible. button mashing is fine pick up and play... 2 sticks is cricket.

button presses got all of 2 minutes testing from me, so i can't really comment, sorry.

Is the career mode bit improved from last game, what I mean is are the tour selections, and competitions more hyped, and will we be able to change franchises like dbc 14.

Yeah I agree. There are a lot of negative minded people around here. I’m very happy about the game, the hype is real!!! This game is going to be huge. Big ant deserves a standing ovation from everyone and i’d be down to pay for it any day . While everything looks perfect as for now, i’m just wondering how the online mode will be any news on that? @WealeyH

Thanks mate. Is there any additions to the 2 stick batting controls ? Or does it play exactly like dbc17?

To be honest i was a little pissed when i saw a new game was coming out after the state dbc17 was left in... however on discovering this thread tonight my feelings towards the game have been completely turned around. It looks amazing, massive props to BA

Couple more queries from my side if anyone - looking at you @WealeyH and @grkrama - would oblige...

1. Does the review system (BARS) work for dismissals other than LBW in Ashes Cricket? In both DBC 14 and DBC 17 reviewing anything other than LBW decisions was a waste of time. based on all the improvements I've seen so far I'm guessing the answer would be a resounding YES.

2. Are the back foot shots as useful as the front foot ones? In DBC 17 the backfoot shots were nerfed and would love to play off the back foot in Ashes Cricket.

For PS4, it was....but for PC it was happening till i last played 20 days back! Shah Rizwan and me faced it against each other bro....! But yes, lets not include it as it is a different game altogether
