Yeah i downloaded some text, but i am wondering how to put it on photoshop?

EDIT; Doesnt matter i have done it Derby WP coming up, the AFL derby is Fremantle Dockers Vs West Coast Eagles if you didnt know. Here it is, im using it for myself and i reckon it's pretty good. Probably my best,. Coz i downloaded a brush and text pack from dafont and deviantart.
