You've right royaly annoyed me here! Lemme start by saying we can't pick up rabs yet! He didn't play in last seasons PCPL so we can't get him untill the draft from the pools or if someone else picks him up we will have to swap him.

zMario i'm going to put it out here that even though you have been banned from the Toronto Tanks management you still see it fit manage the side and bully me and rabs into doing what you want.

Why are you running to Simon?!?! Me and Rabs are the owners and we had discussions about what we were to do. With me away all week I thought I could trust ledzep to look after the transfers with him being the captain. Quite clearly when I got back I didn't expect to see that I only had 6 players.

You expect a full acount of where our money has gone? We actually made 6 million out of the transfers!

Its serious miss management? I believe me and Rabs are the managers and we have had serious talks about what has been going.

You even have me as a contact on msn Mario and you havent once tried to talk to me!

The facts are some judgmental errors were made in the manner in which things were done, there were little to no consultation. Maybe the system needs upgrading so as to prevent certain persons from making or taking such decisions. I keep hearing that guys wanted to leave, if they were not allowed, could they play or be allowed to play for another team? We got rid of a number players and pocket about 6mil, based on the bidding that can only get us a couple of players. Ok fine, do we even have, currently enough guys to fill an 11?
Where and how we proceed is more important. Talking will not help, war making even worst. And individuals do have their right to vent their anger and frustration and we should respect that as well.
Ledzep you did what you thought was right, it cannot be changed, focus is how to move forward.
And by the way, is it an "I" thing or a "we" thing, if this is a team, then we also need to behave like one.

Mate all am saying, is what is done is done and cannot be undone, respect his right to be a bit pissed, but we move on. There are issues to address. Let me ask you, currently do you have an 11 to captain??? And if no, how then do we get you an 11. You understand what am trying to get at??

Yeah i do. And atm we do not have an XI but what we internationals,the draft and the transfer window we should be able to collect a good active XI.

There will be a further transfer window after the player draft and I suggest you resolve any outstanding issues with your management team in private.

Well, I came back here because I was told you were running the show... I had every plan to let you and rabs run it as you see fit till Rabs told me we had 6 players - then I felt I had to step in (for whatever reason)

Well I was going to attempt to save face and question the legality of ledzep selling all the players to try to save ourselves

Again, as far as I have been told, you had one discussion with Rabs, which was regarding money (will not go into details in public)

I'm not saying how much money we've made. I'm questioning where are the international players for this season - I know we've made great money off the transfers, and Ledzep may have played his cards right regarding this. My question is did we really need to sell all those players to get Mendis & Clarke? I had money which I could "donate" to the team, Rabs had a full bank account of over 6-7 million, I have atleast 5 million... - I felt we really needed to keep our original team from last season, except for guys like Maney who wanted to leave at the start for Dublin

Very busy, we do need to talk (not about this, but life and cricket relating things)

On a final note, I really have no plans to step in anywhere (well #1 I'm not allowed to ). Rabs wasn't the only one who pointed out and was questioning wtf was going on in here, someone else also found me on MSN and told me.

Anyway, I know we all have our best interests in the team, including the captain. Yes, I probably sounded harsh, and I really don't mean to sound this way, but surely disagreements about running the team can be worked out because I'm sure all of our ideas are excellent.

We cannot reverse anything that has been done, and we need to work up from here. I am confident that if we were able to achieve the success of last season with the 3 lowest internationals we can take #1 this year.

Although I am quite saddened by losing Arslaan, Amiya, and whoever else we have lost, I am confident we can rebound and win.

This IS the year of the tank.
