Overconfidence is never good. We never know how the simulator would behave. The Mavericks were the most trolled team last season and they nearly ended up winning all 3 tournaments had it not been for that Super over loss to the Lannisters(now Bad Boys).

Also I am a season's performance due being benched for most of the matches last season. In case I will outbowl you then you'll have to look back to your post of this.

But their batting also made a difference from the rest. I would say that was rather a tactical move by them. Teams should have conduct an R&D on regular basis if they want to perform better on a consistent basis.

Genuine bowlers are all rated the same this time round unless they are a specialist player in a specific format. In which case they'll be rated slightly better.

Ratings were given according to the stars.

So a Fast would have 4 stars
Fast med 5 stars
Medium 6 stars

All player types are rated exactly the same unless the player is a specialist player which will be rated slightly better.

Remember we used the skill point system last season? The higher the skill points the higher the rating. Hence we decided to go this route this time around.

Yeah, I know, but if you wanted to be a fast bowler, you needed more skill points than a medium pacer, so if a fast bowler and a medium pacer had the same stars, the fast bowler should've been rated better

You will get less stars if you wish to become a fast bowler. Similarly less stars to become an opener. It was a sacrifice of less stars to gain such a role.

Because fast bowlers get more wickets even if they get a little less skills. And openers get to bat a lot more than others even with a little less stars a lot of people were ready to make that sacrifice
