How are games played? And how are player attributes decided?
Games are played across text-based cricket simulators. We will use the details provided by you in sign-up thread in the simulator. Attributes are assigned to players based on their sign-up roles.
For example - If you sign up for batsmen you will get pure batting points. In the case of a bowling all-rounder, points will be in the ratio of 1:4 and vice versa. (These are for representation only. Final ratings/points/attributes may vary)

To further add to Manish.'s point, attributes (or ratings) are also increased or decreased depending on the activity of the user at mid-season and post-season breaks.
