I know, I know :p Still, as a long term training prospect he's not bad - he can be a Wonderful bowler with Superb stamina and consistency at 22 - don't think anyone would say no to that :p

Oh definitely not, lets just say i'm one for results in the now, not in a year's time :p. He'll be good, I just don't think I can wait that long for a player to develop though.

How long have you been getting Samuel's consistency up?

Must admit I'm a bit of a convert to single netting and long term training. After you starting taking the ****, I went and planned it all out.

When Alder pops to remarkable bowling (any week now), I will give a batting net to Sagren, to make it 1 bowl, 1 bat, and 1 stamina. When he reaches Respectable batting (sometime next season) I'll swap the batting for a fielding net. He will stay on these 3 until his stamina reaches a level I am happy with (probably Superb, but will depend on other trainees and how much I need the nets) when I'll drop the Stamina net. He will continue until he turns 23, at which point he will be an Exceptional/Exceptional, with Respectable batting and probably Superb stamina. Hello :)

Well when I pulled him it was mid-season and he had abysmal consistency, so its almost 4 seasons now. Not bad really if you consider where he is now, and he's only had a primary plus a fielding to build it up.
