3. George Earle - 17 yo, BT Rating=23,119
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, proficient batting form, strong bowling form, fresh fitness.
A cautious player with superb leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: strong Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: superb Concentration: proficient
Bowling: respectable Consistency: abysmal
Fielding: feeble

Just fielding for Earle.

1*bowl is just what I recommend :p maybe till he is 22-23?
Cool, got no other players to train so it seems worthwhile, He's performed this year on 2 bowling and 1 stamina for most of the season so 1 net shouldn't be a drain on fitness.

I'd give sadlie 1 bowl + 1 field until his bowling pops twice (drop his bowling then) and drop the fielding when consistency and fielding pop after that.

just one bowl will give him 2/3 consistency pops. 2/3 more will mean he'll sell a lot higher

lol.

If wages are going to be a problem don't train that high but i can't see them being ridiculously unmanageable unless he gets trained to masterful. which is excessive for any team below eng II

An attacking player with woeful leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: superb Wicket Keeping: worthless

Do you think I can get him to Remarkable in both skills by the end of next season with 2 nets on each?

i'd advise you train him until he is about 20. That way he'll be good enough to play first XI until he is in his 30s. if you stop next year by the time he hits 28 or so your team would have progressed past him. say he becomes strong next season within 8 season most of your team will be superb+ but if you train him to remarkable/wonderful he will be in your team for a fair few seasons longer (a higher amount than the extra training time)

but if you have plans for your nets after that stick with them. Im just making suggestions

I just want to train that 17yrs player... and that 27yrs with resp bat is now in TM. I have to sell him bcoz my financial situation is now -1,50,000 +.

Thnx for valuable suggestions...
