Training Thread

Like sands through the hourglass, so ends Eddies training....

Birdalicious' training is also now over.

I think 'll have him on a single bowling nety for one more season...

u r thinking really short term...
u hav a exquisite skill guy at just 21yo and u r stopping training...
train him on 1 net for one more season until he pops to masterful... he will be a star for u for a very long time... one masterful in team is always affordable...

and remerkable is nowhr near enough of a skill to stop training... and he is just 20yo... give him 1 net until 23 he would b sensational.... and little stamina will be good for thim tooo....

and train tht 18yo guy on 1 net too until he is 23 and he will be exquiste by tht time...

and imo bowlers shuld get superb stamina asap to play thm 4 days a week every week... so get tht stamina training gng asap...

To be brutally honest, my bowling attack is fine for what it has to do at the moment, if I don't start training batsmen next season, I might as well get ready to demote from III in FC and OD.

Well, with the FC leagues still 'botted up' its not neccessary, I think Samuel only played a full quota of matches once the whole season.

ok u can stop Samuels now...

but plz give other two guys nets...
3 nets shuld be ok
1 bowl for both and a rotating stamina net....

Only Kelly will be getting a net, my batting needs serious work and that is my main area to improve for next season.

i am telling u will regret not training Bird any furthur... like i did with Hansen...
but still its ur team and u decide wht u want...
Cheers

@aussie1st
Hey guys u thinking a little short term here...
20 is no age to stop training and quality skill is not really good in the long run.
u shuld train Masi on 1bat 1wkt for 2 more seasons until he turns 23 otherwise u will regret later tht why u didn't train him further. i know this cause i regretted not training Hansen from quality.

@aussie_ben91
dont tell me by
Finally finished him.
u mean tht u not gonna train him any further.
he is just 17yo and resp is no good.
give him 1 bat 1 wkt until he turns 23 and u will hav a start at ur hands.

I'd stop the W/k at around 21/22 as Wonderful/exceptional is more than enough. Agree with the one batting until 23. At age 20 he'll be a good player, who will put in good performances often, whilst still being trained. Then when his training finishes his PF will improve and he'd be a true star.

Also i think your first choice w/k needs superb stamina. Otherwise you'll have to play your second choice a lot more than is ideal

Two 17-year old superbs. I'm expecting three more 17-year olds to pop to superb in the next few weeks.
