What's going on?

I just got a player coming through my academy, and he was showing up and everything. Then I logged out, come back later, and he has disappeared. He was in my team for a friendly match as well.

Crowther has one bat and one stam net now. When he pops to strong bat I'm probably going to stop training him. Should I take a stam net off and give Dann a fielding net? Dann is currently only on 2 bowling nets.
