The only thing I would change is giving Nissanka 2 batting nets. Waters is already behind so may as well leave him on 1 bowling net. The reason is, you want your keeper to be good enough in the future when you players start getting better so that he isn't in there just for his keeping. I am starting to get to the stage where my keeper's batting isn't enough although that will be a few seasons before it hits.

If you get membership you don't need to note down what your players were before. But without it I found the easiest way was putting the skills in excel and replacing it each week. You can also put 16 rows down and everytime a player pops, note it down next to the week which I still do. But after awhile you should know what your player is and if you looking at the popping times you will know pretty much when they will pop.

I would keep the nets on the bowler, you want to have more than 1 good player in your side.
